◆Overview The circulation heating of hot air, which was difficult with conventional heat pumps, is achieved by the circulation hot air heat pump "Eco-Circuit," which is the first in the industry to realize circulation heating with a small temperature difference (5-10°C) up to 100°C. This groundbreaking heat pump effectively utilizes renewable energy sources such as chilled water, waste heat, and well water used for process cooling, providing the air needed for drying and heating with high efficiency. Eco-Circuit generates hot air without using fire. Additionally, the cold water produced simultaneously with the hot air can be utilized for air conditioning and process cooling. It meets various drying and heating needs while reducing CO₂ emissions, saving energy, and lowering costs, thereby meeting user expectations. ◆Reasons for Selection Heating air without using fire It responds to the annual heating demands required in factories, maintaining a high temperature in the room without using fire. Therefore, automatic operation at night is also safe. Due to the heat pump method, there is a significant difference in energy costs and CO₂ emissions compared to conventional methods (such as steam heating). Furthermore, because it uses a water heat source method, it can supply cold heat as a chiller for process cooling applications, serving both heating and cooling functions with a single unit.
